Since the birth of Apicoltura Torinese in 2016, we have been thinking of ourselves as more than honey producers. Our love for honey has been a formidable push to research and go beyond the limits of our activity. We have felt the need to achieve a deeper knowledge of this product and to share this wisdom with the ones who surround us. Our daily commitment is to give the honey and the bees the care and dedication that they need, and to raise awareness about their value.
Five years on the field have taught us that the need to tell our story is not limited to the beekeeping experience but extends to a constellation of small producers. These are the testimonies of a virtuous agriculture that operates in respect of our planet and is rewarded by exquisite delicacies.
This awareness made us open the doors of our lab and create Bottega Agricola. A small neighborhood shop in the center of Collegno, where you will be able to get to know these producers and their products.

FIRST LOVE IS NEVER FORGOTTEN
Respectful of traditions, but in constant search for technical innovations, we practice organic and nomadic breeding in search of different varieties of Piedmontese honeys. Our efforts are concentrated on avoiding all the practices that may cause a threat to the health of the bees, therefore, we reject the use of synthetic acaricides and stimulating nutrition. The care that we reserve for the animal welfare and the positioning of the apiaries is a guarantee of the purity and genuineness of our honeys.

As producers, we are given the chance to get in touch with a lot of little-big farmers who look for quality with care and resolution. Getting to know the producer on the field, talking with them about joys ad difficulties of our jobs and living the same passion reminds us every day of how privileged we are. In Bottega Agricola we want to share a part of this privilege with you, by selecting the best brands that we have met on our journey and bringing their products on your table.
There is a lot to learn from the agricultural world, full of history and curiosities. All our events are aimed at raising awareness about food culture and sustainability, on a journey between traditions and virtuous innovation, discovering tastes and flavours that speak to the heart and awake our consciousness.
